Motorola MPx: Es kommt... aber mit 32MB...

Jason Dunn, MVP-Kollege aus Kanada, ist im Moment auf der Moebius in Seattle bei Microsoft und hat dort direkt von Motorola neue Infromationen über das MPx bekommen. Noch dieses Jahr wird es in Asien auf den Markt kommen, "kurz danach" auch im Rest der Welt. Soweit die "guten" News.
Hier die schlechten (und für viele der Showstopper): Zitat: "He confirmed that the MPx would come with 32 MB of RAM, which I find shocking. I openly asked him if they expected the product to be a success with that much RAM, and he believed it would be. He said that the reason why they didn't go with more RAM was that it was a trade-off between the hardware and the battery life and size. I believe this was the wrong decision and that users would have sacrificed a bit of battery life to get 64 MB of RAM." Ein Pocket PC Phone Edition Gerät der "neuen Generation", und dann nur 32MB RAM?
